Summary
Teaching Assistant – Secondary Schools, Tamworth
Winner Education is recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to support secondary schools across Tamworth. We have day-to-day, short-term, and long-term opportunities available.
Requirements:
•
Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning (or equivalent)
•
Experience working with young people in a school setting
•
Some SEN experience (Autism, SEMH, sensory needs) is desirable
•
Resilient, patient, and adaptable approach
•
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
Role Includes:
•
Classroom support across a range of subjects
•
1:1 and small group interventions, including pupils with SEN
•
Helping teachers prepare lessons and adapt resources
•
Supporting behaviour management, progress tracking, and pupil engagement
