A welcoming and well-resourced special school in Coventry is seeking an enthusiastic SEND Teacher to join their dedicated team, teaching pupils with a range of additional needs including Autism, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and complex communication needs. Job Role:
- Teaching small groups of pupils with a range of SEND, ensuring all learning is differentiated and engaging.
- Creating a positive and supportive classroom environment that promotes learning and well-being.
- Working closely with a team of Teaching Assistants and specialist staff to meet pupils’ individual needs.
- Building strong relationships with pupils, families, and external agencies.
- Supporting the development of social, emotional, and communication skills through creative approaches.
- Contributing to whole-school initiatives and collaborative planning.
