SEND Teacher – Secondary – Complex and Moderate Learning Needs

As a SEND Teacher, you will plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of each pupil. Job Role:
- Teaching small groups of secondary-aged pupils with a range of SEND, including MLD and complex needs.
- Creating engaging and accessible lessons that promote confidence and progress.
- Working closely with Teaching Assistants to deliver personalised learning and support.
- Building positive relationships with pupils, families, and external professionals.
- Promoting a safe, caring, and inclusive learning environment where every pupil can thrive.
- Contributing to whole-school initiatives and continuous improvement.
