Qualified Sports Coach
Our client is a well-established sports coaching and childcare company based in Oxfordshire. Due to growing demand and expansion, they are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Sports Coach to join a dynamic team of sports professionals.
As an elite Sports Coach, you will play a vital role in embodying the values and ethics that define their brand both inside and outside of schools they serve. Each day brings variety, as they work with a diverse range of Mainstream and SEN schools across Oxfordshire. You'll be responsible for building meaningful relationships with staff and pupils at each school you're assigned to, ensuring you create an engaging and supportive environment.
During school holidays, they run Multi-Activity Holiday Camps in several locations across Oxfordshire. This is where you'll have the opportunity to apply your skills and passion for sports in a recreational setting, taking on roles such as Camp Leader with the potential for Camp Manager.
Our client looks for individuals who are active, confident, and passionate in sport delivery. As a Sports Coach, your work will focus on supporting children and young people with individualised or class learning programs to help them reach their full Physical Education potential. You will be responsible for identifying creative ways to meet each student's unique needs to reach PE milestones in an inclusive environment.
If you're passionate about making a difference in the lives of all children, enthusiastic about sports, and eager to share your passion, they are here to support your growth. Join their elite team and develop into an exceptional leader.

- Create and develop engaging, inclusive lesson plans in line with the National Curriculum and school requirements.

Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and already be living in the local area.
This role will pay above minimum wage based on your age. A large number of our client's coaches are between 19 - 20.
All employment is in line with Safer Recruitment Policy to ensure all Safeguarding needs are exceeded across their service.
