This is a chance to join a company committed to building a veteran recruitment pathway.

As they expand nationwide, they’re seeking a Product Training Manager to lead customer and internal training across their innovative hardware and software product range. Full structured product training will be provided.

This is a hands-on, field-based position (full expenses paid including overnight stays) ideal for someone with strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and a background in engineering, training, or operations. It would be ideal if you based in Northern England / South East Scotland. A vehicle will be provided to attend presentations.
Ex-military candidates are highly encouraged to apply - your leadership, instructional & presentation ability, align perfectly with this organisation.

• Gather customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Support and mentor colleagues to ensure consistent technical knowledge.

About You
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

• Empathetic and customer-focused – able to engage with diverse audiences.
• Background in engineering, technical instruction, or military trade training advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills – comfortable managing travel, logistics, and your own diary.
