Hours of Work:Up to 30 Hours Per Week - Shifts: 06:00 - 11:00 / 12:00 - 14:00 / 15:00 - 18:00 / 19:00 - 22:00
• Provide personal care, mobility assistance, and medication administration.
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and maintain a clean living environment.
• Promote social engagement and mental stimulation for clients.
• Assist with shopping, errands, and appointments.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to healthcare professionals.
• Offer emotional support and companionship.
• Adhere to established policies and regulations for care provision.
