Acorn by Synergie is hiring Production Operatives / Packers to join a busy and friendly manufacturing team just outside Honiton in Dunkeswell. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable individuals looking for full-time work with great pay and long-term potential.

Key Duties:
  • Pack and label products.

  • Operate machinery (full training provided).

  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.

  • Check product quality and report any issues.

  • Support the team to meet daily targets.

Requirements:
  • Own transport (no public transport nearby).

  • Basic English reading and speaking skills.

  • Good attention to detail.

  • Willingness to learn.

  • Previous production experience is helpful but not essential.
