Automotive Service Advisor
Flexible Hours – Full or Part Time!

Responsibilities
• Manage and book workshop jobs
• Schedule mobile work and coordinate technicians
• Handle incoming breakdown calls
• Assign and track parts for each job
• Support daily operations and maintain clear communication with customers and colleagues
Requirements
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role (LCV or HGV experience an advantage)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confident using IT systems and multitasking effectively
• Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
Salary and Benefits
• Salary: Up to £30,000 basic (full time hours)
• Bonus: Around £4,000 achievable annually
• Hours: Flexible – full or part time, Monday to Friday only
• Benefits: Family-feel team, flexible working pattern, no weekends
