Summary
A lovely family based in Pimlico, London, is seeking a Part-time French-speaking Nanny-Housekeeper to care for their baby and toddler while ensuring the home is kept clean and tidy. All general nanny-housekeeping duties are required for this role. Responsibilities will include assisting with evening routines such as dinnertime and bath time, and once the baby arrives, supporting the mother with duties including nappy changes and bottle preparation. Typically, one day per week will be dedicated to general housekeeping duties. The schedule may vary week by week, with some weeks requiring more housekeeping and others more childcare and school pick-ups. Cooking duties include preparing meals for the whole family. Pet care involves occasionally taking the family’s small dog for a 30-minute walk to a nearby garden about seven minutes away. A valid First Aid qualification is essential for this position.
Working hours: 3 hours a day, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Duties include:
ironing
laundry
caring for important items
hoovering
mopping floors
cleaning windows, cupboards, surface tops, kitchens
bedrooms and bathrooms
wardrobe management and organisation
helping with learning
washing and dressing the children
playing with them
changing nappies
sterilising and cleaning milk bottles
taking them to activities
making sure the children are always safe and happy
