Summary
We are searching for experienced carers searching for weeknd work, your work will involve assisting individuals with their daily routines, promoting their independence, and ensuring their overall health and happiness are at the centre of your priorities.
Additional duties may include the following: -
• Personalised Care: Follow and support each resident’s personalized care plan, providing hands-on help and thoughtful attention to their individual needs.
Health and Wellbeing:
Keep a close eye on residents’ health, communicating any concerns to the Nurse or Clinical Deputy Manager, helping with calls to relatives or healthcare professionals.
Champion Dignity:
Uphold the dignity and respect of each resident, ensuring they feel valued, respected and cared for.
Social Support:
Encourage social interactions among residents and with staff, creating a warm and welcoming environment.
Safety and Comfort: creating a comfortable living space and respond quickly to emergencies or call bells.

If you wish to be considered for this rewarding role you must have the following: -
• You must have proven experience within a similar care environment
• Have a checkable work history
• Have up to date mandatory training documents, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Moving and Handling, and Infection Control. Should you not have up to date certificates we can offer online training, with an added fee
• Have an in date enhanced DBS check, if your DBS have expired, we can offer the facility to arrange a new one for you.
We are unable to offer support for VISA applicants.
This is an ongoing opportunity.
Your typical hours will start at 07.00 to 14.00, Saturdays and Sundays.
You will be paid an hourly rate of £12.35 per hour, with added 28 days accrued holiday pay.
