At Stallingborough C of E Primary School we believe that every child deserves to feel safe, valued, and nurtured in their learning journey. As a small, inclusive primary school, we place great importance on the relationships we build and the care we offer to every child. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join our school family and help our children flourish both academically and emotionally. This is a part time (3 days – Wednesday - Friday), temporary maternity cover post to start in January 2026 until August 2026.

As a Teacher at Stallingborough C of E Primary School you will:
• Support Every Child: Nurture and guide children as they take their first steps in school, helping them develop emotionally, socially, and academically within the EYFS framework.
• Build Strong Relationships: Work closely with children and families to ensure every child feels cared for, safe, and valued.
• Create an Inclusive Classroom: Provide an inclusive, stimulating classroom and outdoor learning space that sparks curiosity and supports all children to thrive.
• Encourage Growth: Inspire children through play-based and structured learning, supporting them to meet their next steps and reach their full potential.
• Collaborate with Colleagues: Work as part of a strong, nurturing team to provide the best possible support and opportunities for success across the Early Years.
About You:
• You are an enthusiastic, compassionate, and inclusive teacher with a passion for Early Years education.
• You understand the EYFS curriculum and have the skills to create an enabling environment where children flourish.
• You are a strong communicator who builds positive, trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• You are flexible, creative, and able to tailor your approach to meet the diverse needs of young learners.
• You are committed to your own professional development and to making a positive impact on the lives of children
