Summary
Multi Skilled Joiner Required To Join A Repairs And Maintenance Team - Stratford Upon Avon
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: £22 - £23 per hour
Duration: 6 months
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
We are seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Joiner to join a Repairs and Maintenance team on a social housing project across Stratford Upon Avon, Leamington Spa and the surrounding area.
Job Responsibilities:
- Carpentry work such as repairing doors, frames, skirting boards.
- Basic plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, replacing taps, and unblocking sinks.
Requirements:
- NVQ/City & Guilds qualifications or equivalent in Carpentry / OR Qualified by experience will be considered
- Full UK driving license (Max 5 points) No driving bans in the past 5 years
- Must be able to pass basic DBS check
- Social Housing experience
