The Best Connection is currently recruiting Operations Processors to work on an ongoing basis for DHL, based in Reading , within the Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain sector. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking for consistent part-time work in a well-established logistics environment.
The role involves processing all incoming and outgoing shipments in line with DHL's compliance procedures, including accurate scanning and sorting of items. All candidates must have a valid DBS check and be able to provide references covering the last 5 years.
Job Details:
- Pay Rate: £12.50
- Working Hours: 16:00 - 20:00
- Days: Mon to Fri

Responsibilities of an Operations Processor:
- Efficiently load and unload delivery vehicles
- Handle and process both incoming and outgoing shipments
- Scan shipments accurately and in compliance with procedures
- Maintain attention to detail throughout all tasks
- Sort and move stock and parcels as required
Requirements:
- Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting and manual handling
- A team player with strong communication skills
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in logistics or distribution is advantageous
- Must hold a valid DBS check
- Must provide references covering the last 5 years
