Day to Day
* Arrange and coordinate loads from our mills and docks for delivery to farms and other sites
* Managing dispatching and receipting weights from invoices and external suppliers
* Effective contract management from set up to closure of contracts whilst minimising charges
* Generating and inputting purchase and sales contracts to correlate with the mills and docks
* Inputting trader orders into the system and supplier portals within agreed timescales to ensure no delay to deliveries
* Act as the point of contact for colleagues, suppliers, raw materials and trading departments providing support and solving
queries
* Inputting trader orders into the system and supplier portals within agreed timescales
* Manage, communicate and distribute KPI information through accurate reporting

* Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multitask varying priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal as you will be working across numerous internal and external departments
* Keen eye for detail, able to spot and investigate any discrepancies across varying documents
* IT literate – ability to pick up our internal systems alongside suppliers systems and produce reports where required
