Summary
Search Recruitment are working with their client based in the Arbroath area who are looking for dedicated, motivated and reliable Factory Operatives to join their team.
Core details:
- Monday - Friday, 0800-1700
- £12.60p/h (£14.12 inc holiday pay)
- Temp contract. ongoing work potential for the right candidate
Your duties:
- Feed product in to machinery
- Heavy lifting
- Work in accordance with Health & Safety policies and procedures to correctly prepare packaging for food products
- Quality check product to ensure it meets requirements
- Maintain cleanliness of the working area
- Complete any documentation required
- Raise any discrepancies/faults in materials, machinery or final product with the appropriate person(s)
- To support in other areas as required
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Physical fitness due to manual aspect and heavy lifting involved
- Experience working in a factory environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work within a team or alone using initiative to identify what needs done
- Driving license beneficial but not essential
