About the Role
Rossendale Borough Council is seeking an experienced Senior Property Officer to manage and develop the Council’s property assets. This is a key role ensuring the Council’s estate is maintained in line with legislation and optimised for community and commercial benefit.

What you’ll do:
Manage the Council’s asset portfolio and Corporate Asset Management Plan.
Lead on disposals, leases, rent reviews and development opportunities.
Provide professional property advice and support major projects.
Oversee a small team and budget to deliver excellent results.
About you:
You’ll bring proven experience in property and asset management,
Strong negotiation skills, and knowledge of legislation and procurement.
A degree or equivalent experience in a property-related field is essential;
Professional membership (e.g. RICS) is a plus.
