Summary
Our client, a highly regarded educational institution in Edgware, Greater London, is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Full-time SEN Teacher to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with students who have special educational needs and a commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive.
As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for developing and delivering personalised learning programmes that cater to the unique needs of each student. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including other teachers, teaching assistants, and specialists, to ensure that every student receives the support they need to achieve their full potential.

The successful candidate will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Special Educational Needs or a related field
- Proven experience working with students who have special educational needs, preferably in a primary or secondary school setting
- A deep understanding of the challenges faced by students with special educational needs and a commitment to helping them overcome these challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- A creative and flexible approach to teaching, with the ability to adapt to the individual needs of each student
