About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school in Bolton. The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff to provide tailored support to students with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), including ASD, ADHD, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.
Your role will involve helping students access the curriculum, manage their emotions and behaviour, and develop confidence both academically and socially. You will work one-to-one and in small groups, adapting strategies to meet individual needs and ensuring each student is fully included in school life.
Key Responsibilities:
