About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you'll step into the classroom to deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the regular teacher. You'll manage classroom behaviour, ensure students stay on task, and provide a positive learning environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong classroom presence and confidence managing groups of students
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Previous experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential
- A genuine interest in education and supporting young people
