Are you a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher with QTS, ready to inspire and make a difference in Year 2?

Link3 Recruitment are working with a thriving 3-form entry school close to Market Harborough that is looking for a talented Year 2 Teacher to join their welcoming and supportive team as soon as possible, continuing through to the end of the academic year.

The Role

As the Year 2 Class Teacher, you will:

  • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum


  • Create a positive and inspiring classroom atmosphere


  • Work closely with colleagues in the parallel Year 2 classes to share ideas and best practice


  • Attend staff meetings, parents’ evenings, and contribute to wider school life


    This is a full-time role that includes planning, preparation, and assessment (PPA) responsibilities.

    About You

    • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential


    • Experience teaching within Key Stage 1 (Year 2 desirable)


    • A reflective practitioner with a growth mindset and a passion for helping pupils succeed


    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
