About You

• Hard-working and reliable with a positive, can-do attitude
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
• Keen to learn and develop new skills
• Previous factory, production, or warehouse experience is helpful – but not essential! Full training is provided.

Your Role

• Handling, sorting, and preparing recyclable materials
• Operating production and recycling machinery safely
• Learning to run extrusion machines and conveyor systems
• Following strict health & safety standards at all times
• Accurately completing production documentation
• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets and maintain quality
