Summary

Staffline is recruiting Butter General Operatives in Market Drayton.
The rate of pay is £12.21 per hour.
Overtime is available at this site and is paid at £15.26 per hour.
This is a full-time role working rotating shifts, 4 on 4 off, and the hours of work are:
- Days: 7am to 7pm
- Nights: 7pm to 7am
Your Time at Work
As a Butter General Operative your duties include:
- Heavy manual handling: Lifting and hand stacking boxes of butter onto pallets (boxes up to 10kg, occasionally up to 25kg using lifting equipment). Full internal training will be provided for heavier loads.
- Packing products: Packing butter into boxes of 6, 12, or 24 packs.
- Quality checking: Ensuring products meet quality standards on the production line.
- Loading pallets: Preparing pallets for shipping.
- Weighing products accurately to ensure correct quantities.
- Maintaining hygiene: Cleaning as you go to keep the production area safe and tidy.
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker will be physically fit, as the role involves repetitive heavy lifting (10- 25kg) and standing on their feet for the duration of the shift. You will be able to perform repetitive manual handling tasks safely and efficiently.
Previous experience within a similar role as a Production Operative or Warehouse Operative would be beneficial; however, full training will be provided.
