Do you pride yourself on maintaining the overall good condition of the school buildings and grounds?
TeacherActive are proud to be working with a Secondary School in Leeds and are actively recruiting for a Site Manager to maintain a safe, secure and well-presented school environment.
The ideal candidate will be able to operate as part of a management team, allocate and monitor work, undertake risk assessments of security risks to the school’s grounds/premises, arrange regular security checks to be undertaken and advise on how security risks can be minimised.
As well as this, the candidate will undertake provide routine maintenance checks and carry out regular assessments to evaluate the needs for minor work or repairs that may be required to maintain a safe and satisfactory school environment for the students.
The successful Site Manager will have:
• First aid training
• Experience managing fire safety equipment
• Knowledge of alarm systems, CCTV or surveillance equipment where appropriate.
• Ability to carry out routine maintenance tasks
