Job Title: Shunter (Nights)
Location: Hinckley
Pay Rate: £18.00 – £19.12 per hour (excluding holiday pay)
Shift Pattern: 5 nights from 7 on a rolling rota
Start Date: Immediate start available (following assessment/induction)

We are currently recruiting reliable and skilled Shunters for a busy transport and logistics operation based in Hinckley. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional team in a long-term, ongoing role with consistent night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently shunt trailers within the yard
Maintain yard organisation and ensure timely trailer movements
Communicate effectively with transport office and warehouse teams
Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects
Requirements:
Must be 25 years old or over (due to insurance purposes)
No more than 3 penalty points on your license
Experience as a shunter
Flexibility to work any 5 nights out of 7 on a rota basis
