Detailed job description and main responsibilities The role is for a permanent support worker working 30 hours a week, predominately nights. The hours are 19:00 to 07:30. The role involves supporting the nurse in charge to deliver care. Supporting and engaging with patients during the evening. Promoting healthy sleep and physical health interventions. Observing patients and keeping patients safe. Recording care on patients health records. Maintaining the safety of the environment and light cleaning duties. Food preparation.
