The PSW will also have the opportunity to co-work with other colleagues and there will be some opportunities for group work. The PSW will work under Natalie Downing and receive professional supervision From The Professional Lead for Lived Experience Practice and Peer Support. The Integrated Mental Health teams work as part of a 'neighbourhood' offering place-based provision of mental health services in partnership with other local organisations. Clinicians within the IMHT will offer interventions and treatments which are concordant with NICE guidelines, and allocation within the team will be based on the needs of the service user, matching clinician skills to service user needs.
