Summary
Location: 13 Nine Mile Ride, Finchampstead, Wokingham RG40 4QD
Full-Time (40 hours/week, Monday–Friday) | Part-Time Considered
Salary: £27,040 per annum

- Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children’s development
- Observe and document progress using EyLog and learning journals
- Build strong relationships with parents/carers through daily handovers
- Ensure a safe, secure, and stimulating environment for all children
- Maintain staff-to-child ratios and uphold EYFS standards
- Support the nursery’s daily operations and uphold company policies
- Level 2 Childcare Qualification – Essential
- Fluent in English – Essential
- 1+ Year Experience in Early Years – Desirable
- Knowledge of EYFS & regulatory requirements – Desirable
