Summary
Manor Farm Day Nursery- Sandy
Nursery Assistant - 38 hours per week, 4 days Tuesday to Friday
Salary Range £12.21 p/h
Our nursery is a beautiful listed building and has extensive gardens for the children to explore. We are very proud to be rated GOOD by Ofsted and have retained this rating for the last 10 years!
We are Located just off of the A1 with good routes north and south. Sandy has great public transport links via bus and train.

As Nursery Assistant, you will:
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff, parent and visitor at all times.
- Understand the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS and staff/child ratios
- Provide engaging and purposeful experiences, environments and resources to children, that are appropriate to their age and stage of development
- Observe and support children’s development.
- Provide the all-around daily needs of children, including their physical, intellectual, social and emotional development
As Nursery Assistant, you will need:
- Fluent in written and spoken English - essential
- A passion to work and develop a future career in an Early Years setting.
- Experience within an Early Years setting desirable although not essential
