Summary
We are working with an established Regional Main Contractor with a great reputation who specialise in the delivery of commercial and residential projects across the north west.
About the Role
Fawkes and Reece are working with leading contractors across the UK, seeking experienced site managers to oversee projects from inception through to completion. this is a fantastic opportunity for a driven construction professional to manage site operations, ensure safety and quality standards, deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations and manage all on-site activities.
- Ensure health and safety compliance at all times.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and site labour.
- Conduct site inspections.
- Work closely with Project Managers.
Requirements
- Experience as a Site Manager in Construction.
- Strong Knowledge of construction methods.
- excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- CSCS (Black or Gold) SMSTS and first aid (preferable).
- Full UK Driving license.
