Summary
Early Years Room Leader – Baby Room | Worcester
Location: Shooting Stars Nursery, Worcester, WR1 3JR
Salary: £14.60 per hour
Contract Type: Full-Time | 40 hours/week | Monday to Friday
Hours: 7:30am–6:00pm | All year round | Closed on bank holidays

We’re now looking for a passionate Room Leader with experience working with babies to join our Worcester team.
What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a confident, qualified early years professional who can lead a room with energy, creativity, and care.
Essential Requirements:
- Level 3 or above full and relevant Early Years qualification
- Experience working in a children’s day nursery and specficallly with babies
- Room Leader or Team Leader experience
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS, Safeguarding procedures, and SEND support
- Ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, child-centric care
- Lead your room and support your team to deliver outstanding early years education
- Act as a Key Person and build strong partnerships with parents/carers
- Ensure your room meets all EYFS and safeguarding standards
- Create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Support and mentor practitioners to grow and develop professionally
