Summary

An opportunity has become available for an Apprentice Administrator to join the SWISCo Team and be part of SWISCo’s journey on the road to greatness.

We are looking for individuals who can provide effective administrative support, learning along the way.

You
Will be an integral part of ‘Team SWISCo’ as we continue to develop and grow the Company, and your role will be part of driving the culture and effectiveness of the business, ensuring SWISCo operates innovatively and profitably, whilst delivering against targets.

Your learning and administrative support will ensure that all vital records are kept, collected and stored ensuring vital legal compliance.

Key Duties:
Diary Management
Supporting the production of relevant policies and other administrative documentation
Data entry and electronic management system upkeep
Taking meeting notes
Record keeping

Essential Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications for initial shortlisting:

Skills and Effectiveness
Effective ability to utilise IT skills
Possession of effective analytical skills in order to problem solve and implement solutions
Effective Organisational Skills and ability to prioritise
Possession of effective communication skills

Knowledge
Knowledge of how to draft correspondences such as emails and letters
Knowledge of how to use spreadsheets

Experience
Experience of utilising IT effectively
Qualifications
Educated to GCSE level, to include Maths & English (Grade 4 or above)
