Summary
Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience working as a Chef in a professional kitchen environment (fine dining, hotel, or high-volume restaurants preferred).
Strong background in menu planning, food costing, and kitchen inventory management.
Experience in maintaining high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness in line with local health regulations.
Proven ability to lead and train a kitchen team, ensuring efficient operation during high-pressure service hours.
Experience working with sustainable, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients is an advantage.
Prior exposure to special dietary needs and allergy management is a plus.
Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene (Level 2 or higher) required.
Culinary degree or diploma from an accredited institution is desirable but not mandatory with sufficient experience.
