Helping him access the community, prompting him to participate in activities.
Supervising the individual at all times and providing emotional and social support.

Accessing the community- go to groups.
Encourage him to go to and join in activities.
Supervise him- near roads.
Prompting- to wipe after the bathroom and ensure trousers are back up and fastened.
Help to fasten hooks/ laces/ and pull strings.
About Me
I am a young man with autism and a learning disability. I like music and being outdoors- going to the park. I do not like crowded places and loud noises but love a trampoline park when it is quiet.
Hobbies and Interests
Listening to music
Going to the local park and trampoline parks.
Required Training
First aid- to deal with nosebleeds.

Hours Per Week- 5 hours termtime. 8 hours in school holidays.
How will the hours be used:
Termtime- Thursday 6.30-8.30pm & weekends between 10am-3pm.
School holidays- Quite flexible but Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
Employer requires transport?- Yes
Do I smoke?- No
