Team Leader
Work Allocation
Liaise with customers as required
Supervisory tasks
Conduct construction site audits
Conduct Vehicle audits
Prepare in advance for allocated work -
i.e. Site visits / Google maps / contact site managers / contact drivers as required
React & Remedy construction site issues that may occur during the unloading of vehicles
Ensure sufficient resource is in place for allocated work (sickness / absence)
Ensure any lateness / absence is recorded and Area Field Operations are informed
Build relationships with construction site managers
Complete training toolbox talks with unloaders
Training of Unloaders & keeping a record of training to date.
Carry out any investigations into customer service issues
Provide feedback / reports as required / Weekly grading of unloaders
Attend / participate in meetings / reviews (i.e. via Zoom / Conference calls / In person)
Any reasonable task as requested by National Operations Manager / Support office
Investigate customer complaints & provide feedback as required
Customer service
Pictures – Ensure all completed jobs have pictures taken as proof of job completion.
To arrive at prearranged construction sites to unload kitchens and appliances in new homes
To ensure that all Health & Safety rules are followed
To complete inductions & training (online & on-site) as required
Organise local teams to unload Kitchens and appliances into correct new homes
Work Closely with Area Field Operations as required
