Summary
Part Time Warehouse Administrator
Based in Brownhills
£13.26 per hour - Monday to Friday - Weekly pay - ongoing regular work
3 to 4 hours per day - (can fit in with school hours) - 9.30am / 10am start
Experience required for the Part Time Warehouse Administrator
Ideally the person will have a stores/warehouse background and be used to Excel type data input and stock control systems
Have good communication skills / Organisational skills
Duties of a Part Time Warehouse Administrator
There will be some manual work involved, pulling pallet trucks to bring items from goods in to the tool stores and then lifting items up and put them away in the Kardex / Storage system
The person will be responsible for:
- Managing new deliveries of machine spares.
- Issuing material to maintenance etc. when on site and updating stock from handwritten notes by others when they are not on site.
- Photographing and then storing items correctly in the Kardex and ensuing that all stock is spelt correctly for future searches to find items.
- Creating new storage locations as necessary and deleting old ones if an item is no longer required.
- Stock taking 80 shelves on a rolling 1 to 2 shelves a day to ensure that the stock in the Kardex is kept up to date.
- Managing re-order requirements to ensure that minimum stock levels are maintained.
Detail of a Part Time Warehouse Administrator
- 3 - 4 hours per day - start time is flexible - can accommodate school hours - upto 20 hours per week, more hours maybe needed at the beginning of start up
- £13.26 per hour - weekly pay
- Immediate - ongoing position
- Based in Brownhills
- We are looking for someone ideally with stores, despatch, inventory control, goods in experience
- Strong organisational / administration skills
