Summary
Veterinary Surgeon – Surbiton, Surrey
• 4-day week with 1:2/3 Saturday mornings
• Shifts vary between 10.30am-7pm, 9am-4.30pm and one 9am-7pm
• No OOH
• 15-minute appointments
• Varied caseload with a balance of surgery and consults throughout the week
• Salary from £45k increasing with experience (generous salary dependent on experience and negotiable)
• 5 weeks per annum plus bank holidays
An independent and well-established 2 site veterinary practice based in Surbiton is looking for a Vet Surgeon to join their experienced 4 Vet team.
You will see a wide range of first opinion cases and have a great balance of surgery and consults throughout the week. The senior vets are always available for support or advice and can offer mentorship to a new member of the team.
Their client relationships are of high importance, with an individual approach to each client and pet and they strive to provide clinical thoroughness and implement current, scientific based methods.
The practice is well equipped, and facilities include digital x-ray, new ultrasound, full idexx laboratory equipment, multiparameter anaesthetic monitoring equipment and newly installed oxygen generator.
The practices are excellently in a residential area and their reputation is enhanced by recommendation.
This role would be perfect for a Vet with 2 years’ experience in clinical practice who has experience with consultations and routine surgical procedures.
