Summary
We are currently seeking a HGV Technician on behalf of our Client, an Automotive multi-suite Commercial Vehicle Specialist, based in the Maidstone area.
The successful HGV Fitter can expect a salary of up to £43,000 with OTE of circa £50,000 with alternate weekly rotation of early and late shifts (Week 1: 06:00 – 14:30 & Week 2 13:30 – 22:30).
Our Client is looking for a HGV Technician to join their busy team, this is a full-time position and our Client is looking for individuals with previous working experience within the role.
Benefits:
- Saturday morning overtime available (not every week), paid at time and a half
- Night shift: Circa £23.50 per hour
- Overtime regularly available

Typical Duties for our client include, but are not limited to:
- Servicing, repair and Maintenance of HGVs
- Completing safety inspections and MOT preparations
- Completion of Job Sheets and Documentation
- Liaising with the Service Department and Parts Department
- Completion of MOT preparation
Requirements:
- Previous working experience within the role
- Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Excellent mechanical knowledge
- A Class 1 Licence may be beneficial to your application
