Summary

Are you a passionate and resilient teacher ready to lead a transformative provision for students with SEMH and complex behavioural needs?

We are seeking a committed and skilled professional to take on the role of Alternative Pathway Lead Teacher within our inclusive and forward-thinking secondary school. This pivotal role will lead the design and delivery of a bespoke, adaptive curriculum for Key Stage 3 and 4 learners, helping them re-engage with education and achieve meaningful progress.

As a key member of the inclusion team, you will:
• Lead the day-to-day operation of the Alternative Pathway provision.
• Deliver high-quality, personalised teaching to students with SEMH and complex needs.
• Champion trauma-informed and restorative practices to support emotional wellbeing.
• Collaborate with families, staff, and external agencies to remove barriers to learning.
• Monitor and evaluate pupil progress, behaviour, and engagement.
• Be relentless in your commitment to improving opportunities, outcomes, and life chances for all students.
