At Your Care, we link kind and dependable Personal Assistants (PAs) with people who would like support at home. Our introductions focus on the right match, not only skills but also shared values and interests, so that both clients and PAs feel comfortable from the start.
What the Role Involves
Working as a self-employed PA, you will be matched with adults who would benefit from personalised support. This may include:
Friendly companionship and conversation
Help with cooking, light household tasks, and day-to-day routines
Personal care delivered with dignity (if needed)
Medication reminders and gentle encouragement
Getting out and about for appointments, errands, or leisure
Work is available across East Bristol, including Keynsham, Kingswood, Longwell Green, Hanham, Fishponds, and Downend.
Who We’re Hoping to Hear From
Experience in care is welcome, but it is your attitude and reliability that matter most. We would especially like to connect with people who are:
Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy
Confident working on their own in someone’s home
Good listeners, able to build genuine rapport
Car drivers with access to a vehicle
What’s On Offer
Self-employed position with full choice over your hours, clients, and workload
Up to £18 per hour with fair rates set directly with clients
Unhurried support with visits starting from 1 hour
Local introductions with opportunities to build steady, longer-term relationships
Flexibility to take on more hours if and when it suits you

We are a small organisation with a big belief: care should be personal, never rushed. Our role is to introduce caring PAs to people in the community who need support at home. You will work independently, but we will be here in the background, offering guidance and helping with introductions when needed.
A Quick Note
Your Care acts purely as an introductory service. All PAs are self-employed and contract directly with their clients. You will be responsible for managing your own tax, insurance, and working schedule.
