Summary
Forest School Leader
Harlequin provides pre-school, forest pre-school, breakfast, after school, forest school and holiday clubs for children aged 2-11 at four locations in Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells. This is an opportunity to join the one of Kent's leading and best respected childcare providers. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a level III Forest School Leader qualification (or already working toward qualification) and experience to join our team at one or more of our settings to help us develop a new setting and to extend our existing operations. The role will also help us to expand our provision of Forest School Education as a service for local schools using each of our own, two local woodland spaces.

To be successful:
You will have Level 3 Forest School qualification (or working towards it).
Experience working with 2 to 11 year old children
You will have exceptional interpersonal skills and be a key advocate for the business, dealing directly with customers by phone, email and face to face.
You will report directly to the setting manager or managing director.
Hours vary during term time and holidays but will average 25-30 per week across the year. Hours can be negotiated with up to 35 per week available.
