No prior training needed – just a positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. This role is Ideal for students or retirees, and involves customer service, basic equipment use and maintaining our facilities across two locations.

The Vale Federation of Schools comprises two specialist campuses: Booker Park Primary Special School and Stocklake Park Secondary Special School, including a dedicated Sixth Form provision. Together, we support a diverse community of learners, with Booker Park currently educating 243 pupils and Stocklake Park welcoming 108 students. Our schools are equipped with a wide range of specialist facilities designed to enhance learning and wellbeing. These include a hydrotherapy pool, soft play centre, sensory and swing rooms, a rebound trampoline, an audio-equipped library suite, and multiple outdoor learning and activity areas. Located in Aylesbury, both campuses are conveniently close to the town centre and local train stations, with excellent bus links and free on-site parking available for staff and visitors.

Reporting to the Premises Manager, the successful candidate will have;
• Full induction and comprehensive training
• Opportunities for career development
• Flexible shifts (evenings, weekends, weekdays)
• Ensure cleaning is completed as per required cleaning duty
• Complete minor maintenance and technical works tasks
• Proactively manage the hirings facilities
• Carry out required checks as per procedures and regulations

• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work
• General Administrative skills
• Experience in unlocking and secreting buildings and facilities
• Experience in cleaning buildings and facilities including toilets
• Experience in assisting and supervising – external contractors and sports clubs/community groups
• A good sense of humour, and committed to teamwork
