Kingsway Park High School, part of the Altus Education Partnership, is seeking a highly motivated and inspiring Lead Practitioner of Literacy to join our vibrant, inclusive, and diverse community.

The Role
As Lead Practitioner of Literacy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning experience across the English Department and beyond. You will:
- Work with the Head of English to drive outstanding teaching and learning in Literacy.
- Lead on intervention strategies to maximise student achievement.
- Support and develop colleagues through coaching, CPD, and resource development.
- Inspire students to achieve their very best, raising aspirations and removing barriers to learning.
- Contribute to whole-school priorities, making a meaningful impact across the curriculum.
About You
We are looking for a passionate educator with:
- A high-quality degree in Literacy/English and QTS/QTLS.
- A proven track record of innovative and successful teaching.
- The ability to inspire students and colleagues alike through exceptional classroom practice.
- Strong leadership skills and a commitment to professional growth.
