Summary
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and adaptable recruiter to join on an interim basis, supporting hiring across both corporate functions and clinical operations, including new site openings. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced private healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across corporate departments (Finance, HR, Marketing, Legal, Operations) and clinical roles (Nurses, AHPs, Consultants, Support Staff)
- Drive hiring campaigns for new clinic and surgical centre launches, ensuring timely and compliant staffing
- Partner with hiring managers to forecast needs and develop sourcing strategies
- Source candidates via direct outreach, job boards, healthcare networks, and events
- Coordinate recruitment events, open days, and local outreach initiatives
- Ensure regulatory compliance, including CQC standards and credentialing processes
- Maintain ATS accuracy and uphold GDPR compliance
- Provide market insights and recruitment analytics to inform hiring decisions
Requirements
- Proven experience recruiting across both corporate and clinical functions, ideally within private healthcare or regulated industries
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance, credentialing, and CQC standards
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects, including new site launches
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment tools
- Immediate availability and ability to work autonomously
