Summary
Qualifications: Educated to degree level or equivalent experience. Experience: Significant experience of the use and configuration of Clinical Systems, in particular SystmOne, within specialist Service Areas. Demonstrable experience of providing training, advice and support to end users, analysing problems and providing solutions in Clinical Systems. Experience of working both independently and in a team orientated collaborative environment. Knowledge/Awareness: Highly computer literate. Excellent Microsoft Office skills. Ability to work with sensitive information in line with the Data Protection Act and Caldicott principals and approach issues diplomatically. Ability to work autonomously and use initiative and judgement in decision making. Knowledge of Information Standard Notices, NHS Performance Indicators and NHS Datasets. Skills and Abilities: High levels of concentration where work patterns can be unpredictable. Ability to learn and develop skills further. Troubleshooting. Ability to prioritise workload. Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills including customer service experience. Excellent written and communication skills. Ability to liaise with technical and non-technical staff. Ability to pay attention to detail. Personal Attributes: Maturity, enthusiasm and a strong desire to provide a continually improving service. Maintain confidentiality. Resourceful and flexible.
