Summary
SEN Sports Coach / Teaching Assistant
Location: Bootle
Contract: Full-time, term-time only
Pay: £95 - £115 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
We are excited to be recruiting for a Sports Coach with SEN experience to work in a thriving school in Bootle. This is a fantastic split role, where you will combine responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant within the SEN provision alongside delivering engaging sports and physical activity sessions for pupils with a range of additional needs.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children both in the classroom and through sport, helping them to develop their confidence, wellbeing and social skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small group SEN support in class, following pupils' EHCPs

Deliver fun, structured sports coaching sessions tailored to children with varying SEN, including autism and social, emotional needs

Experience working with children or young people with SEN is essential
