We're looking for a Campaign Manager to join Co-op Wholesale. Since 1977, we've championed independent retailers to thrive with Nisa - and now, we're entering a bold new chapter as Co-op Wholesale. It's the same spirit, with bigger ambition: bringing the power of Co-op to more local businesses than ever. And with that, exciting opportunities are on the rise, like this one.

You'll work to activate our trade and promotional plans, as well as our seasonal campaigns, across multiple marketing channels to drive footfall and encourage purchase both with shoppers and retailers. From shopper-facing leaflets and in store point of sale (POS), to B2B trade-driving materials, you'll make sure every touchpoint is aligned, integrated, and optimised for maximum effectiveness. You'll work closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver consistent and engaging campaigns that resonate with both wholesale and retail audiences.

What you'll do
* Lead and manage a high-performing team, supporting their personal growth and development
* Ensure that campaigns are implemented as guided by the trade and promotional plan, on time, on budget and against key KPIs
* Activate trade marketing plans across offline and non-digital shopper-facing channels
* Ensure consistency and integration across B2B and B2C outputs
* Drive process improvements and optimise marketing effectiveness
* Manage partner relationships and make sure we deliver against seasonal and trade plans
* Maintain a cost-conscious approach to campaign delivery, ensuring value for both the business and our customers
* Raise awareness of our marketing services and be responsible for increasing number of sign ups for our chargeable assets

This role would suit people who have
* Good understanding of the print and production processes
* Experience in agency briefing for the production of trade marketing assets
* The ability to work and manage successful relationships with external agencies
* A clear understanding of key B2B retailer customer segments and how to tailor marketing activations to their specific requirements
* Worked in a marketing production delivery role, within an FMCG or Wholesale environment
* Ability to ensure consistency and quality across all touchpoints.

Why Co-op?
If you have the skills that we need, we can offer you a competitive salary and great benefits package which includes 30% off Co-op branded products in our food stores (as well as other discounts on Co-op products and services).
* An annual bonus (based on personal and business performance)
* 28 days holiday (rising to 32 with service) plus bank holidays
* A pension with up to 10% employer contributions
* Access to a subsidised onsite gym (at our Manchester HQ)
* Coaching and training to support your career development
* Wagestream app - giving you access to a percentage of your pay as you earn
