Would you like to work in an employability support environment? Do you want to enhance the employability prospects of students and graduates by giving advice one-to-one and in group settings?

You will provide information and advice, workshops, and practical help to assist students and graduates to compete in the graduate labour market.

You will be responsible for supporting students and graduates in their search for appropriate opportunities by delivering in-depth application and interview support. This will involve one-to-one advice in person and online and conducting mock interviews, as well as designing and delivering workshops and small group sessions. You will also maintain a high standard of knowledge of the graduate labour market including changes in graduate recruitment.

You will need strong communication skills with the ability to work in an employability support environment. You may have a recognised full or part-time careers or information, advice and guidance qualification. Additionally, you should have previous experience of providing information and advice in a client-focused setting, excellent teamwork skills, and the resilience to work under pressure in a busy frontline environment.
