Junior Sous Chef - With Live-in

- Collaborate with the senior management team to develop innovative dishes and menus that showcase your culinary expertise.
- Mentor and guide junior chefs, fostering a dynamic and supportive kitchen environment.
- Be a part of the team that delivers exceptional service and delights guests in our high-end restaurant.
Preferred Requirements:
Extensive experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
Exceptional culinary skills, with a deep understanding of food preparation, presentation, and flavour profiles.
Ability to work collaboratively with the senior management team to create and execute menu concepts.
Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to mentor and develop junior chefs.
Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
Formal culinary training or a recognised qualification in the culinary arts.
Extensive experience in a high-end hotel or restaurant environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Exposure to cooking up to 2-3 Rosette level.
