Please see the Job Description and Person Specification for further details, a summary is below: Support the provision of high-quality integrated care within Sexual Health Services. Work as part of a team and independently in nurse-led and outreach community settings as required. Provide a high quality and holistic service and be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care. Provide high quality genito urinary medical care to patients, including the assessment, examination, diagnosis and management of common genito urinary conditions in line with current guidelines. Provide a full range of contraception choices to patients, in line with current guidance. Issue selected treatments and contraception under advanced Patient Group Directions or as an Independent non medical prescriber.
