Graduate Russell Group Teaching Assistant: Your Role
As a Graduate Russell Group Teaching Assistant, you will:
• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons in your subject area e.g. STEM, Humanities, English or Psychology
• Work in small groups and individual pupils to boost understanding, confidence and progress
• Assist in the preparation of resources, classroom activities and interventions
• Monitor pupils progress and provide feedback to support learning outcomes

Graduate Russell Group Teaching Assistant: Candidate Specification
KPi Education are looking for a Graduate Russell Group Teaching Assistant who:
• Holds a 2:1 or 1st degree from a Russell Group University in STEM, Humanities, English, psychology or a related field
• Has a strong academic background in GCSE’s and A-Levels
• Is enthusiastic, proactive and passionate about education
• Can build a strong rapport with pupils and motivate them to learn
• Has excellent communication skills
• Previous classroom experience is desirable but not essential
